By creating an account or joining a session, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Uhura.
Uhura provides real-time multilingual communication services including translated chat, audio, and video sessions. Translation is metered in credits, which you buy in one-off packs — there is no subscription.
You may not use Uhura for unlawful purposes, to transmit harmful content, to harass others, or to circumvent any security measures. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
Credits are deducted only while translation is active. You buy credits in one-off packs; purchased credits never expire. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal — you are charged only when you choose to buy a pack. New accounts receive a one-time allowance of welcome credits.
Sessions initiated by hosts may be joined by guests without an account. The host is responsible for ensuring appropriate use of sessions they create.
Uhura and all associated trademarks, logos, and designs are the property of Renterprise, LLC. You retain ownership of content you create through the service.
The service is provided 'as is'. Renterprise, LLC is not liable for translation accuracy, service interruptions, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
